Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a Senior Technology Advisor / Digital Transformation Consultant with over 7 years of experience operating in complex enterprise environments.
Key Strengths Include:
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams.
- Proven ability to shape demand, run discovery workshops, and translate business needs into technology initiatives.
- Experience working across enterprise platforms, ideally including:
- SAP
- Enterprise Integration
- Automation / Low-Code Platforms
- Cloud technologies
- Comfortable working with architects, product teams, delivery teams, and senior IT leadership.
- Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Able to create structure in ambiguous situations and drive initiatives forward without heavy project management support.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Build relationships proactively across the organization.
- Identify opportunities before formal demand is raised.
- Connect stakeholders with the right technical experts.
- Balance business priorities with technology constraints.
- Create reusable frameworks, documentation, and advisory assets.
- Help mature and scale the Enterprise Platforms Tech Advisory function.
