Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide comprehensive support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for business clients. We assess clients' business needs and create customized, integrated solutions, leveraging the latest technological advancements.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management Space.
• Your focus will be on strategic design and technical implementation.
• Collaborating with our Finance Transformation Team, you will partner with leading technology providers globally to combine their tools with our proven expertise, delivering optimal solutions to our clients.
• You will design and implement innovative EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, enabled by industry-leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• Your work will involve analyzing our clients' finance and controlling processes, evaluating the optimal use of analytics, and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a University degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in process consulting and the design and implementation of EPM solutions.
• You possess strong knowledge of EPM processes, including enterprise reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• You have solid functional and technical expertise in EPM processes utilizing one or more technological solutions.
• Your communication and analytical skills are exceptional.
• You are fluent in English and German and are open to travel within Switzerland and abroad.
