Position: Mechanic Engine Testing
As a Mechanic Engine Testing, your responsibilities will include:
- Rigging & De-rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for engine test runs in accordance with manufacturer manuals.
- Performing final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines as per manufacturer specifications.
- Conducting borescope inspections after test runs.
- Troubleshooting on the test cell.
- Ensuring timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
- Documenting activities in compliance with regulations.
- Fostering continuous improvement of executed processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.
Your Profile
- Technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine, or automobile mechanics), with borescope inspection certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, with the ability to work independently, demonstrating precision and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Solid problem-solving abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills.
- Adaptability to a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable approach.
- A strong team player with a dedicated and open-minded attitude.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily work.
- Good command of MS Office and SAP; proficiency in English at B2 level, with German as an additional asset.
