Your Tasks

• Rigging and de-rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF, and LEAP engines for the engine test run in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Performing final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF, and LEAP engines as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conducting borescope inspections after test runs.
• Troubleshooting in the test cell.
• Ensuring timely execution of tasks with independent self-control of performed orders.
• Documenting activities as per regulatory requirements.
• Engaging in continuous improvement processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.

Your Profile

• Technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics) with borescope inspection certification and 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient in inspection and maintenance tasks, working independently with precision and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Solid problem-solving abilities accompanied by effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable attitude.
• Strong team player with an open-minded and dedicated attitude.
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency in daily work.
• Good command of MS Office and SAP; English proficiency at B2 level, with German as a plus.
