We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. As an Engine Mechanic, You Will:

• Support the disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56).
• Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations.
• Deliver assigned work on time and to high-quality standards.
• Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement.
• Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
• Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
• Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Good English skills (minimum B1) with German speaking as an advantage.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.
