Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a talented Field Service Technician who speaks fluent Dutch and ideally resides in the Randstad region. This position is anything but standard; you will be engaged in working with high-quality machines that are thoughtfully designed and constructed right here in the Netherlands. We pride ourselves on careful engineering rather than mass production, resulting in work that is both challenging and rewarding.

Your Responsibilities

Each morning, you will start your day in your service van, traveling to customer locations to address technical issues. Once on-site, the true work begins. Your tasks will include:

• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
• Performing maintenance and overhauls on various machines
• Working with a wide range of technology, from mechanical cleaning systems to high-pressure pumps and complex electronic inspection equipment

Many issues may not be immediately apparent, requiring you to analyze, test, and sometimes reevaluate the situation. This role emphasizes understanding the root causes of problems rather than simply replacing parts and moving on.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in field service, machine construction, or a related area
• A solid foundation in electrical engineering or mechatronics, with knowledge of hydraulics as a plus
• Experience with engines (diesel, gasoline, electric) is advantageous
• Familiarity with pumps or PTO systems is a bonus
• The ability to work independently and think in solutions
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Proficiency in Dutch and comfort in using digital reporting tools
• Residency in the West Netherlands
• Openness to occasional travel to our main location in Brabant for training
