Job Opportunity: Service Technician
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Service Technician who can speak fluent Dutch and ideally resides in the Randstad area.
About the Role
This is not a standard service role. You will be working with high-quality machines that are designed and built right here in the Netherlands. Our focus is on thoughtful engineering rather than mass production, which ensures that the work is rarely simple—but that's what makes it interesting.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive your service van to customer locations where issues have arisen.
- Troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and overhaul machines on-site.
- Work with a variety of technologies, including mechanical cleaning systems, high-pressure pumps, and complex electronic inspection equipment.
- Analyze and test to identify root causes of problems; no quick fixes here.
- Independently determine your approach, with support available when needed.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in the field, service, or machine construction.
- A solid foundation in electrical engineering/mechatronics, with hydraulics experience being ideal.
- Experience with engines (diesel, gasoline, electric) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pumps or PTO would be a great bonus.
- Ability to work independently while being solutions-focused.
- Strong communication skills to easily interact with customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in digital reporting.
- Residence in West Netherlands.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our main location in Brabant (e.g., for training).
