Continuous Improvement Engineer H/F - Industry (Normandy)

Are you fluent in LEAN methodologies such as 5S, SMED, and Kaizen? Have you ever transformed a workshop more quickly than a coffee cools down? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are a major industrial site employing several hundred team members and are seeking an individual to help us deploy a true lean culture. You will play a pivotal role in structuring and uniting our teams to drive change and enhance efficiency.

Mission

Your mission will involve:

• Deploying and nurturing a robust lean culture within the organization.
• Influencing without hierarchical authority while effectively communicating with both operational staff and directors.
• Managing several projects simultaneously with regular reporting to site management.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Real hands-on lean experience in demanding industries, such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or automotive.
• A strong team spirit, contributing to the already high-performing team and helping it reach new heights.
• A combination of rigor and flexibility: maintaining a demanding posture while also being able to listen and compromise.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €75,000, plus variable compensation, RTT, profit-sharing/participation, CET, and health insurance. This is an on-site position with some shifted hours depending on industrial activity.
