Position Overview

As an Electrician, Automation Mechanic Specialist, you will inspect various complex engine harnesses and ensure the quality of manufacturing according to effective regulations. You will create orders based on inspection results and repair the harnesses. In case of technical issues, you will consult with engineering for clarification.

Your Tasks

  • Evaluate the technical condition of harnesses according to effective regulations.
  • Create Job Orders based on inspection results.
  • Set timelines for the overhaul cycle of engine parts.
  • Repair and test parts according to the work scope.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections.
  • Seek clarification with engineering in case of findings outside of limits.
  • Create documentation to communicate the condition of parts to customers.
  • Certify harnesses.
  • Conduct internal audits (5S).
  • Ensure continuous development of shop processes to optimize quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere to the company's safety and quality regulations at all times.
  • Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean working space.

Your Profile

  • 3 or 4-year apprenticeship as an electrician, automation mechanic, or equivalent.
  • Autonomous and precise working abilities.
  • Team player.
  • Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP).
  • Minimum English level A2.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
