Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will actively recruit qualified skilled and unskilled workers while connecting them with suitable job opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating appealing job advertisements
• Conducting engaging conversations with candidates to find them the best positions
• Acquiring new clients and strategically expanding your industry and client portfolio
• Maintaining and developing existing client relationships
• Coordinating collaboration between clients and employees to ensure seamless operations
• Managing administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and reliability in the background

We Expect

• A completed vocational training in logistics, sales, and/or the commercial sector, along with prior experience in a professional environment
• Strong sales flair and a performance-oriented mindset, with a passion for making an active impact
• An open, communicative, and team-oriented personality who enjoys engaging with people
• Proficient IT skills at a current level
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are a plus
• Familiarity with the Lucerne region
• A valid driving license (category B)
