Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to pursue and deliver large and complex solutions to address our clients' security challenges through transformation programs. This includes the delivery of supply chain, operational technology (OT), identity and access management (IAM), and managed services transformation initiatives on a global scale, while advising clients on how to define their target operating models to manage IT-OT convergence. Additionally, you will play a key role in building a winning team to support our exciting growth in this area.

As a leader, you will own the development of strategic client relationships, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions for our people and stakeholders. Your influence will facilitate the establishment of long-term relationships that create value for both the firm and our clients.

Your Skill Set

• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or industrial products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Strong capability in building strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Experience with cybersecurity functions such as OT security, supply chain management, and incident response, as well as relevant regulations (e.g., NIS2, EU CRA).
• Demonstrated leadership and business development experience in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC-62243 and NIST CS.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) are advantageous.
