Job Opportunity: Head of International Client Relations

AIX Group AG is seeking a highly motivated and internationally experienced Head of International Client Relations to join our team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will possess strong international client relationship experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of investments and financial products. This position demands a confident, proactive, and service-oriented professional who can adeptly manage relationships with international clients while thriving in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the international client relations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with international and high-value clients, emphasizing trust, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic liaison between the Zurich and Dubai offices regarding international client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Oversee the international client journey, establishing high standards for client communication, service quality, and relationship management.
• Provide strategic input to management on client needs, market developments, retention opportunities, and international client strategy.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s investment products and financial solutions, ensuring relevant information is communicated professionally to clients.
• Coordinate complex or sensitive client matters across management and relevant internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and further develop the company’s international client network.
• Support the development and implementation of client relationship policies, processes, and service standards across international markets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and interactions with international clients and business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in senior client relations, international relationship management, financial services, investments, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of investments, financial products, and the financial services environment.
• Experience in the GCC market is strongly preferred, particularly in managing international or high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across different countries, cultures, and business environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional, discreet, responsible, and highly self-motivated personality.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client matters with a high level of professionalism.
• Fluency in English, German, and Russian is required; any additional language is a plus.
• Relevant university degree or comparable higher education preferred.
