Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to pursue and deliver large and complex projects aimed at addressing our clients' security challenges through Transformation programs. This involves executing Supply Chain, Operational Technology (OT), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Managed Services Transformation initiatives on a global scale. You will be advising clients on how to define their Target Operating Models to effectively manage IT-OT convergence, while building a winning team to enhance our growth in this dynamic field.

In this role, you will cultivate an environment where people and technology coexist harmoniously, enabling greater achievements than they could attain independently. You will take ownership of developing strategic client relationships that prioritize the best interests of our people and stakeholders. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships that add significant value to our firm and our clients.

Your Skill Set

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, or Industrial Products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is an asset.
• Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Proven experience in building strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) are advantageous.
