Job Opportunity: Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA)

Main Responsibilities
- Establishing and following up on maintenance policies and programs, including submission for approval to FOCA.
- Planning and overseeing Line and Base maintenance.
- Coordinating resources for the CAMO work program through work-order issuance and follow-up.
- Carrying out maintenance activities in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Performing technical follow-ups, including analyzing Aircraft Technical Logs.
- Verifying work reports, technical records, and the release of aircraft to service from contracted organizations.
- Ensuring modifications and repairs meet approved standards.
- Implementing Airworthiness Directives and maintaining continuing airworthiness records.
- Managing defect rectification and the follow-up of MEL/HIL items.
- Monitoring and updating the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and submitting proposed amendments to FOCA.
- Maintaining and building relationships with internal and external partners, as well as customers.
- Coordinating maintenance activities with contracted Part-145 and Flight Operations.
- Assisting the NPCA in the evaluation of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Safety Information Letters.
- Executing "Aviation Design Project" orders as necessary.
- Assisting with internal auditing and reviewing all CAMO processes in compliance with Part-145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME.
- Ability to navigate and interpret company manuals, aircraft manufacturer documentation, and EASA regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with at least 5 years in maintenance control activities; or 2 years in maintenance control with a relevant maintenance certification license in categories B1, B2, or C.
- Solid knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Technical education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and strong IT skills.
- Excellent reputation with a clean criminal record and debt collection register extracts.
- Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
- Strong management skills and natural leadership abilities.
- Reliability, accuracy, and a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland; either residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
