Position Available: Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and monitor maintenance policies and programs, including submissions for FOCA approval.
  • Plan and oversee Line and Base maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate resources for the CAMO work program through effective work planning and issuing work orders.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to the maintenance contract.
  • Conduct technical follow-ups and analyze aircraft technical logs.
  • Verify work reports, technical records, and aircraft release to service from contracted organizations.
  • Ensure modifications and repairs are executed to an approved standard.
  • Manage the embodiment and status of Airworthiness Directives and maintain continuing airworthiness records.
  • Implement the operator's aircraft optional modification embodiment policy, including defect rectification and follow-up of MEL / HIL.
  • Monitor and amend the CAME, proposing necessary submissions to FOCA.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners on requirements from the Operator, while fostering and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance with contracted Part-145 and Flight Ops for all activities.
  • Assist the NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, and SILs.
  • Execute “Aviation Design Project” orders as needed.
  • Support the NPCA and CMM (Compliance Monitoring Manager) with internal auditing and review all CAMO processes in line with Part-145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and understanding company, aircraft manufacturer manuals, and EASA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, with at least 5 years in maintenance control activities; or 2 years if you hold or have held:
    • A maintenance certification license in category B1, B2, or C.
    • Or a license equivalent to category B1, B2, or C.
  • Strong knowledge within the aviation field.
  • Technical education background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with good IT skills.
  • Clean criminal record and a certificate of good standing from the debt collection register.
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Exemplary management skills with natural leadership; reliability, accuracy, and willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
