Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA)

Based in north-western Switzerland, Aero Group is a well-established EASA Part-CAMO organization, holding ratings for piston and turbine airplanes, as well as piston and turbine helicopters, including electrical and avionics capabilities. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship while adhering to current regulations in the fields of Initial and Continuing Airworthiness. Charged with fulfilling our department's missions and goals, we are currently recruiting for the position of Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA).

Main Responsibilities

• Establishment and follow-up of maintenance policy and programs, including submission to FOCA for approval.
• Planning and overseeing Line and Base maintenance operations.
• Issuing work orders and coordinating resources to support the CAMO work program.
• Executing all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance contract.
• Conducting technical follow-up and analysis of the Aircraft Technical Log.
• Verification of work reports, technical records, and aircraft release to service from contracted organizations.
• Ensuring modifications and repairs meet approved standards.
• Overseeing Airworthiness Directives embodiment and retention of continuing airworthiness records.
• Implementing the operator’s aircraft optional modification embodiment policy, including defect rectification and follow-up of MEL / HIL.
• Monitoring and amending the CAME and submitting proposed amendments to FOCA.
• Communicating with internal and external partners to address matters required by the Operator while maintaining and building customer relationships.
• Coordinating maintenance with contracted Part-145 and Flight Ops for all maintenance activities.
• Assisting the NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, and SILs.
• Executing “Aviation Design Project” orders as needed.
• Supporting the NPCA and CMM (Compliance Monitoring Manager) in internal auditing and reviewing all CAMO processes in alignment with Part-145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME.
• Ability to navigate and comprehend company and aircraft manufacturer manuals alongside EASA regulations.

Requirements

• Ideally, previous experience in a similar position with at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance control activities; or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance control activities, provided the candidate holds or has held a maintenance certification license in category B1, B2, or C; or an equivalent license.
• Strong knowledge in the aviation field.
• Technical education background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good IT skills.
• Excellent reputation with a clean criminal record and certificates from the debt collection register.
• Proficient and fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantage.
• Strong management skills with natural leadership abilities, complemented by reliability, accuracy, and a willingness to accept responsibility.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland; established in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
