About the Role

As a Manager, you will lead project teams through complex engagements, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations for security and IT leaders, while building lasting relationships with client teams on a daily basis. Additionally, you will contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities within your engagements, assisting in the development of proposals that differentiate us, and supporting our partners in securing new clients where expertise and credibility truly make a difference.

  • You will apply your knowledge of client needs and industry standards to identify relevant cyber risks and devise tailored strategies to effectively navigate them.
  • You will take a leading role in supporting clients' large-scale transformational projects by leveraging not only your security experience but also your project management skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • You will utilize innovative thinking to create cost-effective cyber strategies and implementation recommendations, drawing from your experience, market insights, and our network of cybersecurity experts globally.
  • You will collaborate with a diverse team, including various stakeholders, clients, and service providers from around the world.
  • You will actively cultivate and manage enduring relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, building trust as the foundation for business success.

What You Bring to Succeed

  • Your intrinsic motivation drives you to own your challenges; your passion for cybersecurity ensures you stay informed on industry trends and continuously grow your expertise.
  • With over 5 years of professional services advisory experience, you possess a deep understanding of cyber strategy and risk management consulting, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale cybersecurity projects as both a subject matter expert and a project leader.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, the ability to influence and lead in an advisory capacity, and a passion for business development in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, or CISM are advantageous; prior consulting industry experience is essential.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
