What You Bring to Succeed

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Economics (ideally with a specialization in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Controlling) and previous internship experience.
• Excellent analytical competencies with a strong interest in understanding the banking and finance landscape.
• A passion for solving complex challenges in a team environment with a keen interest in innovation and transformation, including but not limited to data analytics.
• A commitment to continuous learning with the goal of becoming a Swiss CPA at EXPERTsuisse.
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
• A curious and bold mindset.
