What You Bring to Succeed

• A bachelor's or master's degree in economics (a specialization in accounting, finance, or controlling would be advantageous) with prior internship experience.
• A strong interest in innovation and transformation, particularly in data analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning, and a keen interest in accounting and finance.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• A fitting attitude that aligns with our core values: be curious, courageous, respectful, and connected.
• A willingness to complete the necessary education to become a Swiss CPA through Expertsuisse.
