Main Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and analyze maintenance policies and programs for the Part-CAMO.
  • Maintain and ensure continuity of relationships with Part-145 / Part-CAO contractors.
  • Ensure the subcontractors receiving a Company work order are duly certified to perform the required work.
  • Establish planning and follow up on Line and Base maintenance.
  • Plan work, issue work orders, and coordinate resources for Part-CAMO operations.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of internal Part-CAMO requirements.
  • Carry out all maintenance activities according to the maintenance contract.
  • Ensure technical follow-up and analysis of ATL (Aircraft Technical Log).
  • Verify work reports, technical records, and aircraft release to service from customers.
  • Verify modifications and repair performance to approved standards.
  • Verify the status and embodiment of Airworthiness Directives.
  • Monitor the operator's aircraft non-mandatory modification embodiment policy and follow up on MEL / HIL items.
  • Follow up on Computerized Maintenance Programs.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain customer relationships, acting as a company ambassador.
  • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with the contracted Maintenance Organization.
  • Assist the DNPCA / NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, and SILs.
  • Ensure the retention of continuing airworthiness records and administration for the assigned aircraft.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar civil aviation role with at least 2 years in maintenance control activities, with a B1, B2, or C license.
  • A technical education background.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and good IT skills.
  • Excellent reputation with a clean criminal record and certificates from the debt collection register.
  • Proficient in French and English; fluency in German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland; established in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
