How You Can Make an Impact

In this role, you are more than an implementer of requirements; you are a consultant of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising executives and operational teams to tackle their most complex IT and business challenges.
• Designing ServiceNow solutions that automate processes, increase efficiency, and provide real business value.
• Leading transformation projects from strategy and design through to implementation and beyond.
• Continuously learning from experienced partners to develop expertise in consulting.
• Accessing national and international projects and career opportunities through your knowledge of ServiceNow and consulting.

Who Are We Looking For?

Must-Have:

• An interest in ServiceNow Consulting with a background in Information Systems Management.
• Fluency in German and English; able to confidently communicate with both German-speaking and international clients.
• Functional expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow language.
• A business analyst mindset with a focus on processes rather than just features.

Nice-to-Have (but very welcome):

• IT understanding including knowledge of IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT Service Management.
• Prior consulting experience or involvement in client projects.
• 1-3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator.
