As a Consultant within our Life Sciences practice, you will develop and apply your knowledge of the ethical rules and regulations that govern marketing activities in the life science industry. You will help our clients test, develop, and improve key compliance operations to gain efficiency, reduce risk, and create a competitive advantage. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will contribute to ensuring that patients around the world are prescribed the correct medical products for the right reasons.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist companies in navigating the risks associated with promoting medical products and engaging with healthcare professionals, governments, and the public. You will ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements while adapting clients' operations to meet evolving standards.
• Conduct monitoring and support internal audits to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Engage in continuous learning and development through hands-on project work, training sessions, and knowledge sharing within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Motivated individuals eager to develop specialized knowledge and apply new technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to work methodically and apply knowledge consistently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to analyze data and communicate results effectively.
• A degree in business, accounting, or science.
• Fluency in English with good interpersonal skills; proficiency in German, French, or other languages is an advantage.
