An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Deloitte Switzerland's Office of the General Counsel. You will work collaboratively with other lawyers and various business stakeholders, becoming part of a growing and experienced team. This role offers opportunities to engage with senior staff across all functions of Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support and lead negotiations for complex consulting and technology-based contracts, frequently collaborating with client legal teams and external counsels.
• Develop commercial and pragmatic solutions based on identified legal risks.
• Advise on a wide range of legal topics within an international context, addressing potential risks and challenges associated with opportunities and engagements as they arise.
• Provide legal support on domestic and cross-border projects.
• Be an active participant in a diverse team with an inclusive culture that celebrates individual contributions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in law and admission to the Swiss bar.
• Proven post-bar experience in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; additional languages such as French and Italian are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and research skills.
• Able to effectively manage a demanding workload, maintain responsiveness, and meet tight deadlines.
• Capacity to adapt quickly to a large, complex structure with varying demands and prioritize effectively while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in dealing with and managing senior and multiple stakeholders.

The Office of the General Counsel manages Deloitte's legal affairs related to contract reviews and negotiations, labor law, litigation, regulatory matters, legal risks, and other legal areas. As a member of this team, your professional and pragmatic legal support will contribute to Deloitte's success. We seek someone with drive and strong interpersonal skills.
