Position Overview

We are currently seeking exceptional talent for the role of Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics in the Ticino area. This role requires a strong, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients before, during, and after procedures in the orthopaedic clinics (joint reconstruction & sports medicine).
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for interventions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and in-service education for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
• Optimize inventory management and enhance logistical efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Several years of experience in a medical and surgical environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel within your region.
• Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and proficient in English.
• Strong skills in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
