Position: Client Partner FMCG DACH (STE 1 Year)
Meta is looking for an experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to promote and sell our advertising solutions to leading brands in the FMCG sector. This position is available in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, or Zurich and is a time-limited role (one year).
Responsibilities
- Define Meta’s overall approach and focus on engaging with strategic clients in the DACH market.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive both short- and long-term revenue for brand clients.
- Prospect and build relationships within client, media, and advertising organizations to secure performance advertising commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop metrics to measure sales growth and performance, providing reports as needed.
- Create compelling sales presentations utilizing market trends, case studies, and our network solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Act as a thought leader in the FMCG sector to enhance Meta’s market presence and expand advertising budget shares.
- Surpass sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service for our clients.
- Represent Meta at relevant industry events.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technology, and Meta solutions.
- Drive education on Meta products and share best practices with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, consulting, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising within the FMCG sector.
- Strong background in sales or marketing with a successful track record in driving revenue through strategic relationships.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales revenue goals consistently.
- Experience working with C-level executives and top management.
- Demonstrated capability in managing sophisticated and KPI-driven performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong relationships with key marketing decision-makers in traditional companies and media agencies are a plus.
- Avid user of Facebook and passionate about social media.
- Proven success in leading change and implementing operational improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of user behavior and technology, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
- Business-level proficiency in German and English is essential.
