Primary Responsibilities

Our client is on the hunt for an organic chemist to join their Encoded Technologies team in Cambridge, MA. The primary focus of this role is to support our on-DNA binder confirmation platform and on-DNA reaction optimization.

Skills & Requirements

• Doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical biology, or biochemistry
• Lab-based chemistry research experience
• Experience with on-DNA chemistry

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize on-DNA compounds for on-DNA binder confirmation (ODBC) projects within expected timelines.
• Develop and optimize new DNA-compatible reactions that can be employed in the production of DNA-encoded libraries.
• Communicate key results and enable data-driven decision-making.

Compensation

$45 to $52 per hour.
