Chemist – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Technology
Amrize is seeking a talented Chemist with expertise in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA). This position focuses on the development, optimization, and scaling of new adhesive formulations, as well as providing support to both R&D and production teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop new PSA formulations
- Contribute to R&D and innovation projects
- Assist with product industrialization and launch
- Optimize product quality and process stability
- Provide technical support for internal teams and customers
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in PSA chemistry
- Strong knowledge of polymer and organic chemistry
- Laboratory and testing experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
