Cegid Retail Consultant - 3 Months B2B Contract - Remote
RED is excited to announce a contract opportunity for a Cegid Retail Consultant to collaborate with one of our key partners on an ambitious global retail transformation programme. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work, with an initial contract lasting until December 31, 2026, and the possibility for extension based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your 2+ years of experience with Cegid Retail to contribute to project success.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience with Cegid POS, both Front Office and/or Back Office.
- Configure essential retail processes, including:
- Products and product lifecycle management
- Stores and organisational structures
- Pricing and promotions
- Taxes and localisation
- Users, roles, and security setups
- Support retail deployments, releases, and production environments.
- Apply your comprehensive understanding of retail business processes and store operations to enhance efficiency.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements effectively.
- Participate in testing activities including configuration testing, UAT support, and deployment validation.
- Support multi-country retail environments, leveraging any relevant experience.
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to drive project success.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be ready to join within a reasonable timeframe upon offer acceptance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Cegid workstreams or mentoring junior consultants is a plus.
- Participation in large-scale retail transformation programmes will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with release planning, governance, and deployment coordination is beneficial.
