At Deloitte, our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists assist organizations in developing strategies and implementing systems to build business value and enhance performance. Our extensive knowledge and experience stem from tackling some of the most complex IT challenges globally, from system replacement to comprehensive IT transformation. Joining us will provide you with valuable insights into IT Strategy, Operating Model Design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, and IT M&A.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage in a client-facing role on projects across key industries, such as advising a world-leading bank in establishing the largest European wealth management operation, or crafting the commercial strategy for a Swiss chemical company in global markets.
• Collaborate with clients, leveraging support from experienced colleagues to tackle challenging problems and develop solutions.
• Conduct analyses, participate in workshops and status meetings, and create documents and presentations.
• Assist Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing projects aimed at addressing the most significant challenges within their IT organizations.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a reliable individual who enjoys working methodically, possesses great attention to detail, exhibits a thirst for knowledge, and brings fresh perspectives to a fast-paced environment.
• You may have prior internships or work experience in IT Consulting or within the IT department of a global company.
• You are a recent graduate or nearing the completion of your Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering with relevant exposure to IT topics.
• Passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends (such as Agile Methodology, Robotics, Cloud, etc.) set you apart.
• You are willing to travel regularly and communicate fluently in English and German or French, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
