Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As an (Assistant) Manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multinational companies with targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programs efficiently. Our team supports clients with the end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees while ensuring optimization of tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, your role will include advising on US tax returns and compliance matters, as well as performing the final sign-off of these returns before delivery.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Review and sign US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers, including various tax forms.
• Oversee tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations while leading various tasks related to the successful delivery of Global Mobility programs for our clients.
• Supervise the tasks and quality of work completed by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies to ensure consistent global tax treatment of various assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on the tax and social security implications related to various global employment issues, including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation, and the taxation of complex compensation packages.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• You possess 5+ years of US tax experience and hold relevant qualifications (e.g. EA, CPA).
• Experience in global mobility or a "Big-4" firm is advantageous.
• You are proactive, curious, and enjoy taking on responsibility while working in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
