We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Agent (m/w/d) to enhance our business customer portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively cold call to acquire new business customers.
• Cross-sell and upsell to grow and develop the existing customer portfolio.
• Manage and develop relationships with both existing and newly acquired business customers.
• Provide expert, needs-based advice to business customers.
• Maintain close communication and actively collaborate within the team to ensure consistent customer service.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial/business administration apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., experience in an active sales role).
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to think analytically and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent command of German and English; proficiency in Swiss German is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on sales and targets.

Workload: 100%
Duration: Initial 4-month contract with strong potential for extension.
