Your Impact

  • Take ownership of planning, executing, and completing group and local audits across a variety of non-financial services industries, focusing on US GAAP and SOX testing.
  • Perform SOX internal controls testing in compliance with the latest PCAOB guidance, showcasing your expertise in internal controls for US-listed groups and their significant subsidiaries based in Switzerland.
  • Collaborate with international teams and clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring seamless cross-border communication.
  • Drive the integration of our remote team members, making sure they are fully engaged with our local engagement team.
  • Leverage digital tools, data analysis software, and automation solutions to structure, visualize, and present actionable insights that deliver value to our clients.
  • Embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth, developing your leadership skills and contributing to the overall success of your team and clients.

Your Skill Set

  • A university degree in accounting or a related field, with a US CPA (or a comparable certification) completed or in progress.
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in a public accounting firm, demonstrating solid expertise in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and devise tailored solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with international teams, fostering client relationships, and managing expectations.
