Your Impact
- Audit Expertise: You will conduct audits for clients in the Trade, Industries & Services sectors.
- Integrated Audits: You will be responsible for integrated audits of companies preparing financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and filing with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Statutory Audits: You will oversee statutory audits for companies preparing financial statements in compliance with Swiss law.
- Deliver Results: You will prepare the audit file for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Client Relationships: You will cultivate new relationships and extend existing ones with our clients while actively supporting them in technical accounting matters.
- Own Your Development: You will take charge of your responsibility, flexibility, and personal development.
Your Skill Set
- Experience: You have over 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company or equivalent experience with large multinational clients.
- Technical Expertise: You possess a strong technical foundation with comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- Certification: You hold a US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Audit Management: You have experience managing large, multi-location audits and are highly effective in your daily management of clients and networking with PwC firms in the region.
- Relationship Building: You have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
- Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and can effectively report to Partners.
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
