Proclinical is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting to join a leading organization. This position plays a key role in overseeing financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and supporting business-critical accounting operations. The role also serves as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters and contributes to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in alignment with IFRS and internal accounting guidelines.
• Ensure all activities are completed within the timelines outlined in the accounting calendar and close schedule.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting for U.S. entities, including comprehensive documentation for month-end close reporting packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and manual journal entries.
• Act as the technical accounting lead for revenue recognition, applying IFRS guidance and preparing detailed accounting memos as needed.
• Conduct technical accounting research on various topics and ensure alignment with corporate policies and standards.
