Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage the Front Office and lead the team
  • Handle cash, process payments, and verify billing details
  • Manage reservations and monitor room availability when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in reservations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office
  • Familiarity with Opera (Opera Cloud) is preferred
  • Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor and sales aptitude
  • Must be a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen due to work permit requirements
