Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing check-in and check-out procedures
- Managing the Front Office and leading the team
- Handling cash, processing payments, and double-checking billing details
- Managing reservations and monitoring room availability as necessary
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, preferably in the reservation area
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English
- Proficient in computer usage and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Opera (Opera Cloud) is preferred
- Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong sales abilities
- Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship due to work permit requirements
