Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing check-in and check-out procedures
  • Managing the Front Office and leading the team
  • Handling cash, processing payments, and double-checking billing details
  • Managing reservations and monitoring room availability as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, preferably in the reservation area
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English
  • Proficient in computer usage and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Opera (Opera Cloud) is preferred
  • Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong sales abilities
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship due to work permit requirements
