  • Order, receive, and securely store all physical testing materials; manage the digital return of scripts and portfolios.
  • Secure and set up appropriate testing environments, ensuring they meet the specific spatial and acoustic requirements of the IB and College Board.

Specialized Exam Coordination

  • Act as the official IB Exam Coordinator, managing the IBIS platform, submitting Predicted Grades and Internal Assessments (IAs), and overseeing the conduct of all DP examinations.
  • Manage the College Board’s AP Registration and Ordering system, coordinating exam fees and ensuring adherence to strict proctoring guidelines.
  • Oversee MAP (Grades 7–10) and ERB Writing sessions, ensuring hardware readiness and student roster accuracy.

Student Support & Accommodations

  • Partner with the Student Support department to ensure students with documented needs receive approved Access Arrangements (e.g., extra time, use of digital exams, laptops, scribes).

Communication & Data Integrity

  • Communicate with parents regarding assessment schedules, expectations, and results where appropriate.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of internal and external proctors (invigilators) on exam protocols and academic integrity.

Technical Coordination

  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the school’s network, firewall, and devices are optimized for digital testing platforms (e.g., Bluebook, TestWiz, or IB e-Coursework).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), with experience in educational assessment or coordination.
  • Familiarity with ERB, MAP, AP, and IB assessment frameworks.
