Join Our Team as an Aeronautical Engineer (M/W/D) ⚙️

We are seeking an Aeronautical Engineer ready to take on new challenges with Techfirm Industrial Services in Switzerland!

What Will Be Your Tasks?

• Design mechanical principles and system architecture during the project upfront phase.
• Define mechanical interfaces with suppliers, ensuring proper support and follow-up.
• Distribute and prioritize tasks among project staff based on manpower capacity and skills.
• Create engineering 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical parts and assembly according to design rules and quality standards.
• Motivate and guide staff to achieve project goals related to schedule, quality, and cost.
• Ensure design meets weight and cost requirements as per project demands.
• Identify and address project risks and roadblocks while maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
• Revise 3D parts and associated drawings as necessary.
• Prepare, check, and release compliance documentation while participating in tests and generating reports.

What You Should Bring With You ⛳️

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Several years of experience in mechanical engineering and management.
• Proficiency in CAE and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Catia V5, Siemens NX, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
