Job Opportunity: Accountant with Fiduciary Experience

Rosetrust AG, a boutique international trust company based in Zug, is seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small team. In collaboration with our affiliate, the English law firm Howard Rosen Solicitors in Zug, we establish and manage trusts as well as Swiss and offshore companies for an international clientele. We are looking for an accountant who possesses suitable fiduciary and administrative experience to provide accounting and administrative support for our company, the law firm, and our clients.

Our office operates with state-of-the-art technology, utilizing Windows-based software. Below, you will find a detailed description of the position we aim to fill:

Position Details

Title: Accountant with Fiduciary Experience

Nationality/Work Status

Swiss or EU citizen or holding a "C" Permit

Qualifications

• Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience)
• Several years of experience working for an international fiduciary company with global contacts
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; proficiency in other languages is a plus but not essential
• Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management, and liquidation)
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and international VAT, as well as other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals
• Experience with payroll administration
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, SAGE)
• General administrative skills
