Working Student – Office Management (40-50%)

Location: Zug | Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–12:00

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive Working Student to manage day-to-day office operations at our Zug headquarters. This part-time position is ideal for a student who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organized environment, and is looking for a responsible role to complement their studies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be present at our Zug office every morning from 8:00–12:00
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Oversee day-to-day organization and ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Coordinate catering and assist in organizing meetings and internal events
  • Collaborate with external service providers as needed
  • Perform various administrative and organizational tasks related to the office

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently enrolled at a university, university of applied sciences, or other higher education institution
  • Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Proactive and hands-on with a keen awareness of tasks that need attention
  • Friendly and confident in interactions with employees, visitors, and external partners
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
  • Available regularly Monday to Friday from 8:00–12:00
  • Previous office or administrative experience is welcomed but not required
