Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to enhance structure, transparency, and execution in an ongoing S/4HANA transformation project for our end client. This role plays a crucial part in driving the project forward and ensuring successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Overall coordination and steering of the SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
- Establishing clear project structures, governance, and reporting.
- Managing and coordinating approximately 10 Stream Leads.
- Serving as a sparring partner for internal Business and IT Project Managers.
- Reviewing and challenging test plans, test progress, and testing activities.
- Proactively driving the project forward and ensuring completion of agreed actions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Lead.
- Proven experience managing complex S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Selective Data Transition and Bluefield approaches.
- Extensive experience in test management, status reporting, change requests, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and international project teams.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to quickly establish structure, transparency, and accountability.

Workload: 5 days per week (part-time start possible)
