Project Manager - Workday Wave 2

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with extensive experience in managing detailed project plans, dependencies, RAID logs, and coordinating across global business and technical teams, as well as with system integration (SI) partners.

This position requires expertise in handling multiple Workday modules and integrations, especially as we move towards a shared release or go-live. The selected candidate will be responsible for owning the delivery sequencing across various projects including Paradox, Advanced Compensation, HiredScore, Workday Everywhere, and their related integration work.

Key Profile:

• 5+ years of HRIS/ERP project management experience
• Strongly preferred: Workday deployment experience
• Experience managing multiple modules or parallel workstreams
• Demonstrated integration-delivery experience across internal teams and SI partners
• Understanding of design, build, testing, release, and cutover activities
• Advanced Compensation or Workday integration experience is especially valuable
• Strong skills in planning, RAID management, and executive-status reporting
