Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and data requirements.
• Understand and define business data objects, entities, and relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Data Architects to support enterprise data modelling and architectural initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical data specifications.
• Support initiatives related to Data Lake, data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct requirement validation sessions.
• Produce detailed documentation, including data mappings, process flows, and requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst with a robust background in Data Engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data modelling, and data management principles.
• Hands-on experience working with Data Lakes and modern data platforms.
• Expertise in business data objects, data domains, and enterprise data structures.
• Experience extending beyond traditional KPI, reporting, and metrics design, with a talent for translating business concepts into enterprise data solutions.
• Experience working with data integration, transformation, and data engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in complex, global enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Consulting experience.
• Exposure to data governance, metadata management, and master data management initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Enterprise Data Architects on large-scale transformation programmes.
