Job Objectives

The Website & UX Capability Manager plays a critical role in driving the governance, adoption, performance, and continuous evolution of website capabilities across various markets. This role is essential for delivering scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing digital experiences. The manager will oversee the website capability roadmap, support market adoption, and effectively translate business requirements into innovative frontend solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the website capability roadmap, including Builder.io, Design System, and connected frontend capabilities.
  • Collaborate on journey-led website design, optimization, and consumer experience improvements.
  • Prioritize frontend capability enhancements and feature requests based on strategic business objectives and market needs.
  • Coordinate with UX, Digital, Technology, and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Validate feature quality, usability, accessibility, and business readiness before deployment.
  • Monitor roadmap delivery and implementation of agreed frontend initiatives.
  • Own and monitor website performance indicators across markets.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing website speed, Core Web Vitals, and user engagement.
  • Support markets in adopting Builder.io and other frontend capabilities through governance, documentation, and training.
  • Oversee website operational standards and Design System governance.
  • Coordinate the resolution of website, content, and capability issues while driving long-term corrective actions.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in digital product and user experience management. A robust understanding of website governance, frontend technologies, digital capability development, and user experience optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and facilitate their adoption across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with both business and technology stakeholders.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Product Management, Website Management, or Information Technology.
  • Hands-on experience in market digital roles or Digital & Information Technology environments.
  • Experience managing website platforms, frontend capabilities, digital products, or consumer-facing digital experiences.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including UX teams, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Experience in website performance monitoring, optimization, and digital capability deployment.
  • Experience supporting governance, training, and change adoption initiatives.

Education & Training

A university degree or equivalent is required.

Language and Technical Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Builder.io and frontend content management capabilities.
  • Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
  • Experience with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and headless architecture.
  • Strong digital performance management and website analytics skills.
