We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional for a Spitex operation in the Solothurn region. If you are passionate about vocational education and eager to support the next generation of caregivers in their journey, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop practical training within the Spitex daily routine.
• Support learners and students as they progress towards becoming competent professionals—from their first accompanied home visit to increasingly independent work.
• Collaborate with trainers to create suitable learning situations while aligning training goals with the requirements of outpatient care.
• Engage closely with professionals and managers, fostering open exchange and providing constructive feedback, all while maintaining a sense of humor even in challenging moments.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH; for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required.
• Vocational pedagogical training with a minimum of 600 learning hours—such as SVEB 2, CAS Adult Education, CAS Corporate Education, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• A genuine enjoyment in supporting learners and students along with a commitment to the further development of vocational education.
• Understanding of the unique requirements of outpatient care.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a responsible manner.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals, including managers and training partners.
• A warm, clear, and appreciative communication style—patience and humor are essential components of your professional toolkit.
• High customer orientation and a proven ability to work in teams and networks.
