Job Opportunity: Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) / Healthcare Professional (EFZ)
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or a Healthcare Professional (EFZ) for a temporary position at our gynecological outpatient clinic in the Solothurn region. Your Responsibilities
- Perform medical-technical tasks, including handling laboratory samples.
- Assist in gynecological examinations while providing attentive and empathetic care to patients.
- Manage administrative and logistical tasks to support a well-organized workflow.
- Document services rendered and oversee inventory management, ensuring that questions like "Where is...?" are seldom heard.
- Collaborate closely with various professional groups and contribute actively to the team dynamics.
Requirements
- Completed training as an MPA EFZ or Healthcare Professional EFZ; foreign qualifications must be recognized.
- Experience in a hospital and/or medical practice is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and motivation.
- An open, team-oriented, and responsible personality.
- Availability starting from November 1, 2026, for approximately 2–3 months.
