Your Future Responsibilities

• Execute a range of assembly operations within the after-sales service packaging department.
• Conduct automated assembly operations for crystals and assemble watch cases.
• Perform tasks that are simple, sequenced, and repetitive while adhering to production standards.
• Carry out precise aesthetic inspections based on defined quality criteria.
• Perform necessary self-checks to ensure compliance of the parts.
• Strictly follow current procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have experience in classic, mechanical, or industrial assembly.
• Comfortable with precise and repetitive tasks that are highly sequenced.
• Possess a basic module in mechanics or watchmaking.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, rigor, and good manual dexterity.
• Maintain high standards for quality and take self-checks seriously.
• Familiar with production software or computer tools.
• Exhibit teamwork skills and demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
