Your Future Responsibilities

  • Periodically check the proper functioning of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary installations (CVCS).
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance operations on all HVAC and sanitary equipment.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical breakdowns in the installations.
  • Manage and process technical alarms using the monitoring tool.
  • Optimize the performance and settings of the regulation loops for CVCS installations.
  • Conduct measurement, testing, and balancing campaigns for hydraulic and air networks.
  • Participate in control tests and functional tests of critical installations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the interventions of subcontracting companies, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure operational follow-up and coordination of a team of service providers responsible for HVAC maintenance.
  • Write technical descriptions and small specifications for improvement projects or works.
  • Manage the supply of equipment and consumables necessary for maintenance and technical operations.
  • Provide technical CVCS availability on call 24/7 according to the planned organization of the team.

Your Profile

You hold a vocational diploma in heating or sanitary installation, ideally supplemented by an ES Technician diploma in building technology or an equivalent recognized qualification. You have significant experience in maintaining complex CVCS installations, preferably in a demanding industrial or tertiary environment. You are proficient with Centralized Technical Management (GTC) systems and can intervene on the parameter settings and supervision of installations. You are very comfortable with computer tools, particularly the Office Suite and technical maintenance software. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and effective priority management in a dynamic environment with high stakes. You cultivate a strong team spirit, possess a developed service sense, and maintain a clear customer orientation while exhibiting excellent communication skills.
