Experience Required
- Proven experience with lab and debug equipment used for the measurement of high-speed signals.
- Experience working with SerDes, USB3, USB4, PCIe, or other relevant high-speed communications buses/protocols is highly advantageous.
- System-level validation experience of high-speed integrated circuits.
- Experience in debugging PCBs and ICs.
- Preferred experience interfacing with large OEMs.
- Experience in DDRx memory validation.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Perform protocol validation of Kandou products using compliance tools such as data exercisers, analyzers, and compliance test suites.
- Familiarity with standards, test specifications, and equipment vendors.
- Experience with interoperability testing.
- Embedded software experience is a plus.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Effective communicator and team player with experience in cross-functional teams.
- Strong interest in testing high-speed digital and analog circuits.
- Experience with Python or other object-oriented languages preferred.
- Proficiency in using high-speed oscilloscopes, protocol/logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Proven track record in protocol validation.
- Knowledge of semiconductor test flow is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Protocol validation of high-speed devices.
- Support customers and the field team during product design and/or product certification with requirements, design specifications, and system debugging.
- Write test scripts or other code to support validation activities.
- Build and support product demos for customers and trade shows.
- Collaborate with IP architects, as well as digital and analog design teams.
- Document test results and procedures.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or equivalent work experience.
