Join Our Team as a Transport Coordinator

We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team in the role of Transport Coordinator. This position is 70% from January to June 2026, with the possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and developing our new school transport management system (Vectare/SchoolsBuddy).
  • Acting as the main point of communication for parents, students, and staff.
  • Supervising the transport fleet and ensuring all vehicles remain compliant.
  • Monitoring compliance with relevant transport legislation.
  • Managing tachographs and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Collaborating closely with the Site Coordinator and administrative teams.
  • Coordinating schedules and daily routes with the driver team.
  • Providing support to drivers regarding operational issues.

Your Profile

  • Holder of a D1 driving licence, up-to-date OACP, and driver qualification card (a major asset).
  • Strong experience and knowledge of transportation regulations and practices.
  • Experience or a strong interest in project coordination (an asset).
  • Good command of both French and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (including split shifts).
  • Autonomous, well-organized, discreet, and reliable.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to lead a project through to completion.
  • Proficient with standard IT tools.
  • Valid work permit.
  • Clean criminal record extracts.
